Trio World Academy hosted the South Asia IB Schools Association (SAIBSA) PYP Job Alike Session on October 19, 2024. More than 400 IB-PYP Educators from more than 40 schools across South India had the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals, share best practices, and elevate their understanding of the IB framework.

The event was designed to support both experienced and new educators in their professional growth through networking, collaborative discussions, and teacher training sessions in a dynamic environment. The day featured keynote addresses, workshops, and breakout sessions, allowing participants to dive deep into curriculum planning, assessments, and the role of language, arts, PE, and ICT in the IB PYP program.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in a series of workshops and discussions, where they shared innovative ideas and strategies aimed at transforming the learning experience for students. The atmosphere buzzed with enthusiasm as educators exchanged insights, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration among peers.

The key highlights of the event included inspiring keynote speaker Mr Kaiser Dopaishi and facilitators from various schools who shared their expertise, motivating attendees to embrace new teaching methodologies and think outside the box. Additionally, a variety of interactive workshops provided hands-on experiences, allowing teachers to explore practical solutions to common challenges in education.

Networking opportunities were abundant, facilitating meaningful connections among educators and encouraging ongoing collaboration beyond the event. SAIBSA became a day filled with learning, inspiration, and the joy of connecting with fellow educators.
